BlueView and Seatronics captured this 3D sonar imagery during a hands-on demonstration held in Singapore. The detailed 3D sonar imagery shows the advantages of BlueView's BV5000 when used as an inspection/survey aid. In this example, the BV5000 was lowered to the harbor bottom beneath a dock among a number of boats. The 3D data was captured in less than 10 minutes and clearly shows the structure of the dock and several boat hulls within the mooring slips. In low or zero visibility conditions, BlueView's BV5000 is an excellent tool for inspecting and surveying underwater sites and structures.
